The Iconic team enjoyed an evening of fun and music at Dave Pegg's 60th Birthday Bash in Birmingham Town Hall on Saturday 3 November. And what a night it was!

Peggy played guitar, mandoline, or bass (though not simultaneously) on virtually every number of the two-and-a-half-hour show. Despite this feat he not only partied until dawn after the show but hauled the survivors off to Birmingham's celebrated Ladypool Road for a curry next morning.

Kevin Smith has supplied us with a selection of photographs of Iconic artists at Peggy's bash – click on the 'Galleries' link in the panel on the left.

For a full description of the evening, see Nigel Schofield's review elsewhere on this page or under 'News' (left).

There is a further selection of photographs on the Shrodinger's Cat website and the site also hosts a video clip of Meet On The Ledge.

Talking – almost – of Fairport Convention, the band has recently published its Winter Tour 2008 dates on the Fairport website.
