Fox-Luckley tour success

Bob Fox and Stu Luckley

Stu Luckley and Bob Fox

We are delighted that the recent tour by Bob Fox and Stu Luckley was a great success.

Bob and Stu, one of Britain's most celebrated folk duos, visited over 30 selected folk clubs and arts centres during October 2008 and played to full houses nearly every night.

The tour marked the thirtieth anniversary of Nowt So Good'll Pass, their debut album which won Melody Maker's 'Folk Album Of The Year' award in 1978.

Bob and Stu took the folk world by storm when they began playing together in the late 1970s and their reputation was cemented in 1978 with the release Nowt So Good'll Pass .

To see the duo in action, watch this video clip of a 1983 live performance. Bob and Stu are accompanied by Ray Laidlaw and Rod Clements in a show filmed by Tyne-Tees Television. It's slightly out of synch but the sound quality isn't bad for a YouTube clip.
